About Scandiatek: We are a female friendly automotive service and repair business. We have remained small with just 2 employees to maintain a tight and personal relationship with a limited customer base. Our Technicians are paid a salary rather than flat rate to promote quality, honest work. Our skills go back to the 70s and are very broad and certified in all service areas. We do not do coupons or discounts as they are not real nor of any true value in a service industry. We sometimes get comments on our price. My response is "compared to what?... the 14 shops and 2 Dealerships we have out lasted?" How many members of this site have chosen the lowest bidder of a service only to have it come out badly? Good, honest work can not be done cheaply. The cost of a good service is worth it, the cost of bad is always too much. Our value is in the work we do and the relationship we keep with our customers. All that we do is very clearly explained and communicated and we are VERY thorough. With each visit is an extensive vehicle review and report at no charge. We have a 12 and 12 warranty.
