We give you free bids on our services, when it comes to acoustical ceiling tiles in a hospital, casino, hotel, school or restaurant we could either clean and sanitize the ceiling or restore the entire ceiling. The product we use to restore ceiling tiles is Class A Fire Rated…which is very important. Should a ceiling catch on fire you don’t want it to go up in flames right away. Our Fire Rated ceiling coating will slow down the process of burning. If the ceiling tiles look good then we can restore just the unsightly grid and vents. Sealing grout and concrete is a must and we are working towards more residential in this area. Most of our jobs have been commercial for the last 8 years. 2. We have four employees. 3. We subcontract out a carpet cleaner but don't advertise for this work. 4. Our Trade does not require a license. 5. We only charge a fee of $45 for over 3 hours outside our radius. We have an hourly rate of $ 65-$95 an hour on depending on the job. I am not sure if you want a list for all my jobs and the fees. My fees are different as some job types maybe different. 6. 15% off for first new customers. 7. Either myself (owner) or my husband is on all job sites. I am a perfectionist in all my jobs...we don't leave unless I am 100% happy with the job.
