About Paceley's Garage: We are a family owned and operated full service car repair shop servicing domestic and import cars, light trucks and vans. We have three ASE certified master technicians, a service adviser and an office manager. As a convenience to our customers, we may sublet wheel alignments, exhaust/muffler, machine shop & locksmith work. We can find most problems within an hour and we do charge for diagnosis because it requires our most expensive equipment and our technicians' best talents. On the other hand, if we can look at your vehicle out in the parking lot and tell what is wrong with it, you will not be charged for diagnosis. We perform a safety check on each vehicle that comes in for service so we can make you aware of any potential problems. We call with an estimate and obtain your approval before performing repairs. It is our goal to fix every vehicle right the first time (without over-repairing) and for our customers to feel they have been treated fairly. We are a AAA-Chicago Motor Club approved vehicle repair facility. All our repairs using new or remanufactured parts obtained by us are covered under 12 month/12,000 mile (whichever comes first) limited warranty.
