I also hire subcontractors to help accomplish things such as heating, electrical, plumbing, & restoration painting as well as mural painting. My employess are flexible & dependable as they fulfill their tasks. Our billing cycle is very simple. When the contractor & the owner sign the contract & the work has begun, one third of the payment is made. As the men complete half of the project, the next third of the total contract price is due. Finally, when the project is completed, the remaining total is due. As a general contracting business, we do free estimates.
