We serve all of Penobscot and Hancock counties out of our two locations: 565 Wilson Street Brewer and 211 Bar Harbor Rd, Trenton. The mission of the IICRC is to serve as an independent, non-profit certification body; to set the high standards of ethics; and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the cleaning and restoration industries. Further, the institute acts as a central conduit in the exchange of information between this industries. It provides approved schools to teach the curriculum for certification. It also works with regulatory bodies, government agencies and consumer groups in establishing fair standards of proficiency in the carpet, upholstery, and restoration industry. We are also certified by MICRO (Mold Inspection, Consulting & Remediation Organization) as Certified Mold Inspectors and Certified Mold Remediation Contractors. We are certified by ProBloodBorne in the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. We are licensed by the State of Maine in regards to the application of antimicrobial agents.
