I am versed in all phases of construction and love the challenges I encounter. I make custom cabinets in my shop to hanging curtain rods in your home. I can do minor electrical and plumbing (fixture replacement) and help homeowners with code upgrades when buying or selling a home. Outside I help reduce storm water runoff by installing rain gardens and cisterns, soil testing, and garden tilling. Services Not Offered I do not take on larger projects that require a crew anymore. I am more of a hands on business owner and managing larger projects and people is not my best skill. I am a licensed builder but not licensed in the other trades including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC so when projects require a permit the proper trade needs to be brought in. I do not do roofing, siding, or other projects best suited for younger craftsman |
