I am a one man operation and give my customers honest, fair and personal service. I am licensed and insured. My State license number is 23482. To come out your home and diagnose the problem I charge $85.00 during normal business hours. It may take 5 minuets or two hours. Once I diagnose the problem I will give the customer a fixed price, including the diagnoses fee to correct the problem. I guarantee my repairs for 90 days. If something else breaks down within the 90 days I will not charge another diagnoses fee. I will only charge for the necessary repairs. I will always do my best to make the customer aware of any potential problem the first time out. If you simply want to have your system serviced for the summer or winter I charge $65.00 and $55.00 for each additional system if the customer has more than one system. My promise to my customers and myself is that I will always be completely honest. I will not sell or repair anything that is not necessary.
