I work for the buyer. I review all the components of the house from the roof, gutters, siding, windows, insulation, electrical wiring, plumbing, sump pump, hot water tank,heating system and any pertainent feature of the house that would affect the quality of the house. I have been an engineer at Fisher-Price for 34 years and was trained to identify problems (ingeneral) and continue to follow this training in the home inspection business.
