I enjoy kitchen and bath remodels most. I'm competitive and prefer to do it right the first time. I do most everything to a house. I have one full time employee and several part time employees whom I trust. On certain problems and repairs I may use a subcontractor. If it's electrical, or HVAC, their definitely licensed. Home owners have a choice of by the hour or by the bid. I do not tack on a profit for materials. I always give the customer the receipts for hourly work. On hourly jobs I do charge on an hourly bases for material pick up. Call me if you need information or have a problem with your house. Bids and information are always free.
