The minimum service call charge for any service is $49.00 (New door estimate is Free) and it will be waive with any repair, general maintenance, tune-up and safety check up of the garage door and garage door opener. This does not include parts or materials. Repairs have a 30-day warranty on parts (supplied by Radford Doors) and labor. New garage door and/or garage door opener installations have a 1-year warranty on parts (supplied by Radford Doors) and labor. Manufacturer’s warranties may be additional. Radford Overhead Doors will apply a $45.00 wasted trip charge for "no shows" or "no call cancellations" on scheduled appointments. Radford Overhead Doors also sells garage door and garage door opener parts to the public. 5% discounts apply for Angie's list members with valid membership, military personal/families with valid id, and senior citizens/aarp members with valid membership card.
