About Addition Building & Design Inc: Welcome, My name is Mike Ross, owner of Addition Building & Design, Inc. We are a Design/Build firm providing Architectural and Interior Design Services for new construction and remodeling projects. In addition, we incorporate Feng Shui design elements in many of our homes. We have 2 goals: 1. Limit unforeseen circumstances that can slow down a project 2. Minimize change orders For over 25 years, we have been designing and building residential projects. Eight times our company has been recognized by Qualified Remodeling Magazine as one of the TOP 500 companies in the USA. We are nationally recognized for our kitchen and bathroom designs, as well as being certified by Build it Green in California and a member of The National Green Building Council. We specialize in hillside and difficult lot projects. We feel we provide the best craftsmen in the Los Angeles area. . We wouldn’t feel right building you a project that we know is going to cost you a lot of money over the long term.
