We carry worker comp and liability insurance. We typically have 5-6 employees. All work is personally overseen by Barney (owner and general manager). We use subcontractors as needed but do many of the trades ourselves, all our subs have worked with us for years and we ensure they carry the necessary license and insurance to do their work. We pride ourselves in offering great quality at a reasonable price. We focus on our jobs one by one so our resources are not stretched too thin, this means your project will be done quickly and efficiently. All of our business is through word of mouth so it is in our interests to do a good job for you. We offer fixed price plan preparation services which come in at about half the cost of a typical architect, and means that only one person is accountable for your project.
