The edges of a room as well as behind doors are given the proper attention. If a spot doesn't clean up the first time he'll take the time to try something else. Randy overlaps when he cleans, so at the very least you're getting a double clean.Then he will do a "dry"step, taking any excess water out. This takes more time, but the end result is worth it. It's important to work with a good "tool". Randy brings out to your home a $45,000.00 truck mounted unit. First, Randy will spray on a very nice smelling prespray to suspend and loosen the soils. It smells like oranges or citrus! The prespray is then agitated into the carpet thus breaking surface tension.The truck mounted unit provides very hot water to work with. High water pressure knocks soils off the fibers and tremendous suction lifts the soils out of your carpet. We bring in a carpet fan to help speed dry the carpet as we go. In the end we'll groom or comb the carpet to erase wand marks and foot prints. This step also helps the fibers to dry in the same direction as well as dry quicker. Corner guards are used so as not to mark up door jams with our hoses. We provide shoe covers for all members of your family.
