About Colorado Dreamscape: Colorado Dreamscape is a full service landscape co. specializing in outdoor kitchens/entertainment spaces. In conjunction we also specialize in water features, e.g. waterfalls & streams. We currently are a two man team but as the season heats up we have had on occasion a five to seven member team. The only subcontractor we tend to utilize are licensed plumbers for the gas line needed to hook up either a fireplace, gas grill, & fire pits. We typically give not to exceed type of quotes. If during the project we find smoking deals on supplies I will pass the savings onto the customer. That is why I give not to exceed type of quotes. Our payment plan is 1/3 down, 1/3 at middle of project and 1/3 upon Final Completion dictated by the customer. For Angie's List customers I will will give 10% discounts and free estimates/quotes. We don't view our work as work because when we are creating it doesn't feel like work-it's fun! Colorado Dreamscape began it's humble beginnings by mowing lawns and at customer requests we branched into fixing and installing sprinkler systems then into rehabilitation of existing landscapes and patio's/driveways etc.
