About Kerr Construction Llc: My company specializes in Basement finishing, but we also do general remodeling and handyman services. I do not have any employees but I do hire subcontractors for specific services. When finishing a basement I will sub out the electrical, plumbing, and any other services that require a seperate license than mine. My company is licensed and Insured for the homeowners protection as well as mine. We do not charge for estimates/bids and there are no hidden fees like trip charges and initial service fees. We give the homeowner an estimate up front for the entire project. If there are any change orders they will be presented to the homeowner and we will not do any changes until the homeowner signs off on the change order. We will give any homeowner a discount that uses any of our services through Angies list.
