About Urban Interiors: I have been working in the design industry for over 25 years. I had my own studio/showroom in Ft Lauderdale for 5 years, then moved to a smaller location. Having my own showroom enabled me to open many vendor accounts which allows me to purchase directly from the manufacturers. I have an A team of subcontractors I have worked with for many years. I consider them the best. They are all licensed, insured and reliable. We work on an hourly basis, on a markup % over cost or a flat fee, each job is different and the consultation will help to determine what will work best for your project. We invoice our clients through QuickBooks which helps to give a double check on billing. Turn-key projects for clients who live out of town are done with ease using the internet. Turn Key projects for clients with new or vacation homes is our specialty. $100 consultation fee will be applied to first invoice if proposal is accepted.
