I work by the square foot with a 1 room minimum charge of $500.00. Shoe mould is priced per room. I do 3 coats of polyurathane, or stain and 3 coats. Satin on last coat is extra. If my work is delayed due to other workers or homeowner I charge an extra $75.00 per day trip charge. I also sand decks and enclosed porches.
