My Father instilled in me the value of owning a home and taking care of it. Soon after college in 1998, I became a homeowner and loved it. I quickly realized that the service of real estate and offering others the possibility of home ownership is where I wanted to develop a career in. Since 2004, I have been a active Realtor/Broker offering my services to others, especially myself. I have been my #1 client. I have had the opportunity to purchase, repair, hold or rent over 16 properties. For quite sometime, I have worked with a number of Certified General Contractors, Builders, Developers, Investors, etc. It is how and why I am now a Certified General Contractor. My history follows me from a young age. I have put my Father's hard work and value along with a 4 year college degree into my Real Estate/General Contracting Profession.
