In addition, he has also served as Commissioner of the Clarke County Historic Preservation Commission. As such, Sean is particularly adept at ensuring your design will fit within the context of your neighborhood. In 2004 Hogan Builders was awarded the Athens ??? Clarke Heritage Foundation award for Outstanding Community Revitalization. Sean also hold his Lead and Soil certificate. Something else that sets us apart from other Design and Build firms is how we have built our team of sub-contractors. Our subs are held under contract with us. This means that you will never have to negotiate with anyone. Once we have correctly understood your wishes, we will effectively communicate them to the concerned parties and make sure that the work is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
