Overhead percentage fee are as follows: Labor costs totaling $999.99 and below are subject to a 20% overhead fee, labor costs totaling $1, 000 and up to $4, 999.99 are subject to a 15% overhead fee, and labor costs totaling $5, 000 and above are subject to a 10% overhead fee. Hourly rates apply only to handyman services. For handyman services (minimum 2 hours will be charged), hourly rates depend on degree of difficulty of job, type of job (light carpentry, labor, demo, minor repair), and distance to travel.
