Although at one time have had up to 7 employees, we basically grow and downsize as needed based on the volume of jobs. I do, however make sure myself or my son have a "hands on" relationship to every project and customer. We have taken on new construction builds, of course reomdel and additions,and have done all phases of construction. On larger projects we use sub-contactors on electrical, plumbing, and other fields that may require special licesensing. Most if not all, we have long lasting relationship with.Our billing is generally based on project size and is determined project to project.We offer senior discounts. We also cn take most credit cards.
