About Downers Grove Family Practice: Downers Grove Family Practice was established in 1975 by Dr. William Hulesch. Dr. Joseph Siebert joined soon after in 1977 and incorporation followed in 1978. Since that time, we have seen growth of our service area and continued growth of our practice, culminating with the addition of Dr. Edward McMenamin in 1981, Dr. Jacqueline Ambrose in 1987, and Dr. Eva Sledz in 1996. Downers Grove Family Practice also offers a Nurse Practitioner, Carolyn McAlpin and two Physicians Assistants David Luce and Jennifer Smetana for your continuance of care. For those of you familiar with family practice, you know we provide comprehensive medical care for the entire family. Our services include pediatrics, general well-person care and geriatrics. We like to think of it from the beginning to the end of life.
