He does light electrical, plumbing and carpentry such as changing light fixtures, switches outlets and troubleshooting electrical issues. He installs faucets and repairs toilets as well as working on problem doors and locks. As a former teacher, auto mechanic and bicycle mechanic he will provide lessons on woodworking & drafting and bicycle repair. Effective January 1, 2016 the hourly rate is $90//hour.
