Continuing education for our staff has also included training in mixing and applying historic lime mortars and plasters, wood window restoration, making and applying natural paints and finishes, solar panel installation, energy efficiency and air-sealing, straw bale building, and conferences to keep abreast of the latest techniques and products. We have both a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certified Building Analyst and a North American Board of Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) Certified PV Installation Professional??? on staff.
