We are a team, while i myslef will be conducting the estimates and advise for your painting projects, you will have Juan being in the jobsite leading the project ensuring a 100% satisfaction for you. We of course are licensed and insured, we always provide a copy of our insurance together with te contract before we start. We require a small 15 % downpayment for material just for start, after that you won't pay anything until the job is done and you are 100% happy. Just to let you know, we appreciate loyalty, and if you reffer us to your neighbor or friends we will get you 10% off for your next project or if you preffer $100 cash. We dont want to do only your next painting project, we want to be your painter to call from now on, and we will make sure of that doing the best painting finish for your house guaranteed.
