About THI Basements Inc: Established in 1999 as Tinnes Home Improvement and incorporated as T.H.I. Basements in 2007. I began my construction career in 1982 after graduating from S.I.U. I needed a summer job and realized that my calling in life was to build things. I spent the first 18 years in concrete construction where I always held a leadership role. In 1999 I followed my dreams by starting my own home improvement business. I have been privileged to participate in hundreds of jobs and projects for satisfied homeowners for the last 12 years. I pride myself in having only one customer at a time to ensure customer satisfaction. I am the ultimate ALL IN ONE, for I am proficient in all aspects of the project, such as framing and drywall, trim and doors, electrical and plumbing, and much more. I like to build strong relationship with my customers so that I will be their trusted "go to guy". You can count on me to provide competitive prices either bid for the project or by the hour.
