About Josh Smalling Roofing & Restoration Co: We are a full service restoration company, from content cleaning, rebuilding your home due to a large insurance loss, to flipping real estate, we can take care of it all. I will personally write the xactimate estimate for the insurance company to make sure that your property will be restored to the condition that it should be, in a timely manner. We do mostly insurance restoration work, where we will take the first insurance check as your down payment, complete the repairs, and collect the balance once repairs are complete, or whenever you receive your depreciation check from the insurance company. We do accept all major credit cards, and do charge a 3% processing fee unless the charge is greater than 10,000 dollars. We do not offer any type of financing yet, however we are working on that. We offer a great customer based referral program, where any job generated by a previous customer receives up to 500 gift card....
