About Jake's Landscaping: Jake's Landscaping is based out of Lawrence, Kansas but serves the Kansas City and Topeka area's as well. I have been in business for myself for the last two and a half years. I worked at a botanical garden in the Kansas City area for four and a half years prior to that. As a relativey new company, I am still fairly small. I sometimes hire laborers to help with larger jobs but I am my only full time employee. I see this as a benifit to the consumer as I am fully involved with every job that I contract to do, and each project becomes personal to me. My rates are very compititive as I don't have the overhead that a lot of other companies have and I pass my wholesale discount on to the consumer. You will only pay me for labor.
