I specialize in he decorative painting end of the business, faux finishes, stencils, guilding, antiquing, plasters, cabinet refacing. I work with a number of artists who help me out if the job requires an extra hand. I never use sub-contractors I am there as a rule 100% of the time. As far as my pricing of the work being considered goes the estimate is free, if we decide to do business together and agree on a price you pay me when the job is done. However, depending on the scope or amount of work to be done I would set up a fee per percent of job completed. I except checks.
