It's true, we are best known for our consistently installing excellent countertops and backsplashes, but we also provide stick-built, custom cabinetry that???s very competitive in this market, flooring, plumbing, and electric services through ourselves and our very respectable narrow list of excellent and competitive subcontractors, which has yielded amazing results and happy customers time and again. Because we do most of the work ourselves, one piece of mind we offer is that you become very familiar with us and know who???s in your house, so the installers aren???t strangers with bad habits who could care if you were happy or not. We don???t hire 12 amateurs at $10 an hour to slam out 20 kitchens a week as cheap as possible. We have 5 experts that make good money to do the work as well or better than anyone else could do it, that???s our bottom line. I don???t know why anyone would get into this business to do average or even mediocre work, but folks, they do. There are 17 fabricators in Lexington and Nicholasville; 4 of us are good, and only 2 of us are fantastic. Most will offer free sinks, curiously low prices or even installs that only take one day, which they all are done in one day, so that???s silly. No gimmicks here. I offer straight shooting, in depth analysis of your project with the vision, experience, and passion to create a space that we can all be very proud of. I do make it a habit to under-promise and over deliver, but I will promise you that we will do what we say we???re going to do with the ???whatever it takes??? attitude that has made us successful, and everything else should be a surpassment of your expectations. My number 1 rule is counter culter takes care of our customers. Ask my other customers. Also, because we provide most of the work ourselves, things are much more organized and our projects move faster, and are also monetarily more efficient because we don???t outsource everything like 75% of our remodeling competitors, as most ???K&B shops??? are glorified designers that don???t like jobs under $50,000 because they have so many mouths to feed.
