Brian Cooney, originally from Burlington now of Wilmington, has been in the Landscape / Irrigation field since 1983. He formed REGULATED RAIN back in 1995. Gerry Hanafin, a 50 year resident of Burlington, started working in the construction field back in 1978. Gerry joined Brian at REGULATED RAIN in 2003 and worked with him for 2 years before buying the business. Brian and Gerry continued to work on many projects together over the years and realized they could be much more effective by forming a partnership. With their combined years of experience and the excellent quality of their work, they are unbeatable. Brian and Gerry have decided to bring in Mike Howard as Manager. Mike has worked with REGULATED RAIN for four years and brings 20 years of management experience.
