About Support From The Cloud: Support from the Cloud provides Remote Residential Computer Support, so you don't have to leave the comfort of your own home and no one will come in and intrude on your privacy. We currently have employed 2 Windows Professionals, 2 Mac Experts, 1 Linux Specialist, and 2 Network Engineers to handle any kind of issue that can arise with your network or PCs. All of our technicians have to have at least 10 years of experience in the field to be employed by us. We never use subcontractors. We provide all of our support remotely. We provide a free initial consultation to discuss your computer related issues. When service is requested, it is at a rate of $37.50 for the first half hour and $1.75 per minute afterwards. We offer on-site repair as well for local emergencies. (Prices vary by time of day and location of service.) We are open late for your convenience. We are a GREEN company since most of our work is done without the need of driving to your location!
