This allows me to give my clients a better product for an affordable price compared to "out of the box" monster stores. We offer cabinets with superior quality wood, design, and craftsmanship at affordable prices (with a lifetime warranty on all hardware). I manage all of my projects on site and I personally do a good amount of the carpentry. There is NO FEE for an estimate. I have a well trained staff that has worked with me for an average of 10 years. We specialize in Kitchens & Baths (complete from new construction to remodeling) and Roofing. Additionally, I can offer a Home Inspection for the purpose of buying, selling, or remodeling a home! For a $175 fee I inspect the home to inform clients of anything that needs repair--from structural damage to a leaky faucet. I provide a rough estimate as to what ALL of the significant to minor remodeling/repair needs of the home are. If the client contracts me to do any of the work, the $175 fee is CREDITED towards the balance of that contract! Additionally, for the past 2 years we have been sealing roofs, instead of replacing them???which is 70% to 75% cheaper than re-roofing with a 5-10 year warranty (depending on condition of the roof). This product extends the life of the roof by 10 years (on average depending on the condition of the roof). I am licensed, insured, lead base certified, and have over 20 years experience.
