About Ross Homes Inc.: Ross Homes Inc. is a family owned and operated business, in operation since 1968 when we Incorporated and became Ross Homes Inc., formerly Ward W. Ross Construction. We specialize in residential construction and remodeling. We have four employees, 3 lisenced building contractors and a secretary. All three of us are also certified roofing contractors, specializing in Certainteed Roofing products. Subcontractors are used by the company for all mechanicals, plumbing, electrical, low voltage wiring, heating & AC, also for framing, foundations, excavating, drywall, and flooring. Some of these subs have been doing work with us for up to 30 years, with the shortest of these being about 5 years. All are lisenced and insured. The company has done work all over the state of Michigan as well as in Ohio, and Indiana. Though most of our customers live in southeast Michigan. A majority of the time we will design and draw all our own plans for our customers. Free estimates!
