We have a project manager who coordinates the sub-contractors and meets daily with our clients. Our sub-contractors are all licensed for their work and have worked with us for many years. We provide design services for clients with larger projects, as well as work with local architects. We provide a detailed contract and construction schedule before starting a project. Billing for projects are "Progress Payments", spread over the course of the project.
