About Capital City Construction Llc.: Capital City Construction LLC. was started as a family owned construction company in Columbus Ohio in 1976. We started off doing remodeling and restoration work in German Village, Bexley and Arlington. In 1986 we saw a need for quality low income housing so we got involved with the City of Columbus Department of Development. We used the Rental Rehabilitation Program to purchase and rehab over 200 rental units (Single family, doubles, and rows of town homes, apartments and commercial real estate. In May of 1993 we were appointed to a housing and advisory board by Mayor Greg Lashutka for a 3 yr. term that was a joint Columbus and Franklin County Housing Advisory Board. We were involved with choosing the future upcoming areas of the city to be revitalized and to determine the amounts of money to be spent. In the last 3 years we've built 3 new single family homes, Rehabilitated 3 single family homes for Nationwide/Children's Hospital. Performed lead abatement and roofing jobs for the Development Department's of Columbus and Cleveland. We take pride in our employee's that have been with us for years. We love to make all of our projects successful and beautiful.
