SmithCo tries to get our clients a new roof with no out of pocket expense to them. To accomplish this we work with the client???s insurance company to get their claim approved and new roof. SmithCo offers free inspections to the client, we do this also to make sure the client is qualified; this helps with not wasting anyone???s time if it isn???t necessary. We do interior and exterior, that includes water damage. SmithCo-construction LLC specializes in re-adjusting claims, even if the claim has been denied previously, we will go in and reopen the claim and ask for another adjustor. Every homeowner is entitled to three adjustors. SmithCo-Construction LLC has a 7 year warranty on all work performed on the clients home. The home/business owner can extend the warranty up to 10 years for a $200.00 fee. We will also transfer the warranty to your next home for a $75.00 fee.
