About Bialon Carpentry: Bialon Carpentry is an LLC. I am the proprietor and sole employee. I am a formally trained carpenter with years of experience. I am a Ranken Technical School graduate, and I can help you with any carpentry needs you might have. I do not charge to look at your work . I schedule all of my work, and work one job at a time until complete. I personally work all jobs that I take on. I have no employees other than myself but as the job dictates I will bring on helpers or specialists to get a job done right, and in an acceptable time frame. I am interested in doing great work in a punctual manner for a fair price. I specialize in gut rehabs and historical restorations, but enjoy building decks, framing and almost any building job. I am willing to travel for extensive periods for interesting or large jobs. BILLING: I do estimates for free. I expect a partial payment, and payment for materials after 1 day of work. Then depending on the estimated length of the job either weekly disbursements, or payment upon completion....
