When I come out I take note of high value items that we need be careful with, things we should not touch, areas that need special products floors, counters and Stainless Steele. I take note of customers' needs & concerns like pets & scheduling. I give my opinion on what I think the business or house needs on the 1st cleaning, I leave a referral list, a list of other things we offer, leave a short version of things we do on General cleaning and contact info on my company. We pretty much do any thing our customers request from cleaning to helping get ready for the Holidays or a party like set up, shine silver, decorate or Hostessing parties or weddings & clean up and put up after the party, to packing up to move or unpack. This past year I started organizing and I found I was able to help a lot of people getting back on track. When you call for a referral you will find out we are the best and known for detail in Residential, Commercial & New Construction. One lady said we are like an army--that should say a lot.
