About ACV homeworks: I am completely addicted to home building and renovation. I typically work by myself but often bring in help when needed. For in-depth projects, I use sub-contractors for job-specific trades such as plumbing, electrical, hvac and the like. I have built houses from the ground up, remodeled 80 yr houses, remodeled kitchens and baths, installed thousands of square feet of tile, and many other projects. If I cant' do it myself, I will find someone who can--the right way! Pricing typically depends on the scope and condition of the job- a site visit would be necessary for an appropriate cost analysis. Besides an initial materials down payment on some jobs, I do not charge for work not completed and estimates are free. My NC General Contractors license # is 50166 and I do have other references....
