Jeff Dunlap (owner) will consult with you, provide a free estimate and work with your desired color choices (we can make most custom color matches) for both interior and exterior paint jobs, at no additional cost. If additional services are needed during the job that were not initially agreed upon, such as hidden rot repairs, no charges or work will be performed until approved by the homeowner and then appropriate changes will be made to the estimate. Jeff will also work with your budget and clearly tell you what your budget allows. With an eye for excellence and detail our crew is very thorough especially in the initial prep work, making sure every corner is prepped meticulously with necessary repairs, making sure the foundation of their canvas is prepared correctly the first time. For your convenience we also have an experienced carpenter and handyman that can make all necessary repairs to fascia boards, paneling, trim work, and deck repairs. Our staff repairs sheet rock walls and ceilings, removes wallpaper and textured ceilings, and resolves any mildew or water damage situations. Our painting is premium as is our service. We are committed to cleanliness, no smoking (on premises), no littering, no offensive language and all our employees speak English to ensure your comfort and that ears are guarded at all times. We make sure that there is complete covering on all floors and furnishings to prevent damage. We leave walls and ceilings unmarred, no paint drips, and no sinks stained with paint residue.
