About Ward Landscapes: we are a design/build company with 3 full time employees and 2 part time. we have a close working relationship with an excellent grading contractor so no job is too small or too big.I charge $50/hr for consulting.No charge for inital visit.I can draw a plan for you to follow or we can install it. I have many clients we work with over several seasons to complete their landscape. I charge by the job, but will give an 'not more than hourly quote for things like shrub transplants. I have worked in the Chapel Hill area for 36 years.I have also done extensive work in Levenworth Indiana, Jackson Mississippi, Andover New Hampshire, Up state New York, Jacksonville Fla and Atlanta Ga. I have been able to install jobs in these varied locations because I follow the very important principal of 'right plant, right place' If we put it in the ground it will not out grow its location of die due to incorrect exposure
