About Home Art llc: I have 35 years of hands on experience in the home remodeling industry starting out as a carpenter and eventually becoming a project manager and business owner. I formed Home Art, llc in New Jersey in 2002 and specialized in custom kitchen and bath remodeling. In 2006 we moved to North Carolina for a lower cost of living and more affordable colleges for my 2 kids. I took jobs as a project manager and sales manager in residential construction. I decided that I wanted to get back to what I enjoyed doing but on a smaller scale so I revived and re-invented my company. I now do small jobs that I can perform myself (the ones larger contractors do not want to take on). Occasionally I will bring in help when I need it and I have a group of trusted professionals I can recommend to customers if the job falls outside my capabilities. I give free estimates and believe that giving the best customer service is the most important tool in my box.
