About Bautista's Lawn Care: Started in 2015 and going on two years. We are a family owned business and want to remain small, as it gives us the edge in pricing flexibility and scheduling. Our goal is to serve the best customer service, along with fast scheduling and quality work. Winter special discount - recommend one 25% / recommend two 30% / recommend three 40% discount any service. Fall cleaning special - 30% off total price for totals above $100.00 & any customer to sign up now 12/8/16 thru January 25th as a contract client will get 45% off (2 Lawn mowing service) any time through the mowing season. Payment process: check or cash only (preferred checks only). In order to remain with flexible pricing we do not accept credit card payments at the moment. It will be implicated in the near future. One time service - Payments are due Friday, same week of completed work. Monthly Customers - will fill out application to become a monthly client (no contract), will pay on the 25th of each month. Contract customers - Residential will fill out application agreement and will be billed monthly. Payments will be made quarterly. commercial or other properties will fill out application agreement and will be billed monthly. payment will be made at the beginning of each year....
