About Langtree Handyman: I turned a fix-it hobby of 30 years into a handyman business. I am basically a one man show. I do Project Management for homeowners who want to tackle large projects and need help contracting subcontractors. I have relationships with plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors and more who give my customer builder pricing if I am managing their project. I do perform much of the work on major projects in addition to managing the project. I carry liability insurance and I give free estimates. My pricing is a combination of fixed pricing and hourly pricing depending on the job or project. I provide a detailed project work document free of charge for large projects. I do not make up the price of material and pass all material discounts along to the customer.
