I Strictly Follow the Tile Council of North America's Guidebook of Installation Practices and all Manufacturer's Directions to Ensure a Successful Installation that will always be Honored with said companies Warranties. To Perfect my skills I attend Manufacturers' Installation Classes and the Spring of 2010 will be attending the Ceramic Tile Education Foundations' Certification Course to raise my level of expertize even higher.
