The low ballers are usually companies without insurance, and sometimes not licensed with the state. The hacks can be low ballers or large companies. these crews don't care about you or your property. They go in, "hack" down your lawn or do the job very poorly, and take your money. It is a sad saying but true " You get what you pay for." However, there are small companies and one man shows that do a good job, take pride in there work and charge fair rates.
