About East Mountain Auto & RV Service: Don Duffel opened East Mountain Auto & RV Repair on April 3, 2010. As the previous owner of MountainView Auto & Diesel, Don felt there was still a need for honest, reliable and friendly auto repair in the East Mountain community. At his previous location, a 98.7% Customer Satisfaction Rating was awarded by AAA AutoClub customers. Upon opening this new facility, he felt it MUST be staffed by individuals of good character, integrity with the understanding that your vehicle needs to be cared for as if it was their own. Due to the complexity of today's vehicles, our technicians receive manufacturer-sponsored training, classes at CNM & also incentives for passing the Automotive Service Excellence, (ASE), testing while on their way to Master Tech status. Our technicians are fully aware that our customers are the reason we are in business.
