About Fast Construction: Fast Construction is a family owned company that was started back in 2002. We specialize in roofing but can also prform other outside projects for our costumers. We have about ten employees and lots of subcontractors that are on hand for any other work that a costumer may need that we do not provide. All estimates are free and we do not ask the homeowner too sign any paperwork until they have decided to go with our company. We provide a detailed contract that is signed by both parties, we require half the money when the job is commenced and the remaining when the job is complete, and we also provide Certificates of Completion for insurance claims and depreciaion money that is owed to our homeowners. If homeowners are interested we have a referral program that gets them fifty dollar gift cards for everybody who they referral that decides to go with our company.
