At the same time, we use small teams of 2 or 3 full-time employees. These teams are assigned to a specific service area that they do every week. As a result, over time the quality of work and attention to detail on your yard rises. Further, because all billing and scheduling is centralized, we continually become more efficient as we grow. Thus prices remain stable, despite inflation, which is the equivalent of a decrease in cost (in pure economic terms). ? Bottom line: we do it right, and we do it cheap....
